DESCRIPTION: A fresh and intense perfume of fruit and flowers. Very fine and richly flavoured.

HARVEST: Picked by hand in the last ten days of August
VINIFICATION: Maceration on the skins for 6 hours of the whole berries followed by pressing. Fermentation and the few months’ maturation take place entirely in stainless steel.

Profile
The eye is immediately struck by its shimmering, intense pink, then the nose opens to showcase all the aromatic qualities of the tangy, pleasantly bitterish morello cherry, giving the bouquet its stylish, appealingly heady crispness. The palate is notable for its acidic grip, and the tannins, while pronounced, are fine-grained and inviting, and the lengthy finish impressively clean and fruit infused. This is a versatile wine that loves adventuresome pairings.
