Profile
Over the years, the blend for Riné has evolved into a white wine of striking personality, whose longevity can deliver impressive surprises. It appears a pale straw yellow shot through with green highlights that gradually yield to an appealing gold. Pungent lemon grass and notes of acacia and curry plant predominate on the nose, flanked by the fresh grass and minerality classic to the reisling grape, as well as an intriguing hint of petrol. The palate is lean
and taut, remarkably crisp, as is the fullflavoured progression that culminates in a succulent finish. Riné, a white wine made without manipulation, can easily handle even unusual food pairings.
