SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Azienda Agricola Cantrina uses a system that enables you to target products to entities other than the buyer. The goods will be delivered to the address indicated on the order form. If no one will collect, the courier will leave a notice in writing to the address and return the next day at no extra charge: it is compulsory to indicate in the order a telephone number to enable the courier to contact you in case of his absence. In case of delivery due to prolonged unavailability of the customer is not possible, the carrier will begin the process of returning goods which provides for a penalty for the customer. The tax documents (receipt / invoice), if the destination address of the goods is different from the person ordering, will be sent to the latter.

UNAVAILABILITY ‘PRODUCTS  

In the event that the products were temporarily unavailable, Azienda Agricola Cantrina will contact the customer to agree on how to proceed with the order.

The use of bank details below allows an accurate and puntual destination of collection and payment instructions to bank account.
In case of payment by advance bank transfer, Azienda Agricola Cantrina will provide order fullfillment only when it will receive confirmation of payment by its bank. In case the client choose this kind of payment, the order number generated by the system must be indicated in the reason and it must be communicated by email at the end of the purchase procedure.

BILLING  

On request of the customer, the company shall issue a tax invoice. To obtain invoices you must tick the appropriate box and fill in the required fields required: company name, VAT number and tax code. An invoice is issued to the shipment of goods and included in the package.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Article. 5 Legislative Decree 185/99, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract. The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days of receipt of goods by sending a registered letter to the address:

The goods must be returned within 10 working days of receipt.
The shipping costs are borne by the customer as required by legislation on electronic commerce.
Azienda Agricola Cantrina will refund the sums due, by bank transfer within 30 days of receiving notice of intention to withdraw, if the merchandise is unopened and has not been damaged. For this reason Andrini jams recommended to carefully pack what you intend to return in order to protect the products.
Caution: the right of withdrawal may be exercised only if the goods are perfectly intact in its entirety and not used.

RECEPTION OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS IMPORTANT:

JURISDICTION FOR DISPUTES 

For any disputes arising from the application of this legislative decree the territorial jurisdiction is vested in the courts of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, in accordance with Art. 14 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185.
